Clinic-based therapy across 8 subspecialties: general ortho, sports ortho, neuro, pelvic health, hand therapy, aquatic therapy, vestibular rehab, and lymphedema. Predictable hours, diverse patients.

Inpatient Rehabilitation
IRF rehabilitation, 3+ hours of therapy daily for stroke, TBI, spinal cord, and complex medical patients. Intensive clinical environment.

LTACH
Long-term acute care hospitals: extended-stay, medically complex patients, ventilator weaning, and early mobilization. Advanced acuity skills.

Acute Care
Hospital-based therapy for surgical, trauma, and critically ill patients. Highest pay tier. Fast-paced, interdisciplinary teams.

Skilled Nursing
Short-term rehab, long-term care, and geriatric populations. Highest volume of therapy openings, with more dedicated mentors than any other setting.
Home Health
In-home therapy for geriatric and pediatric populations. Visit-based with mileage reimbursement. Maximum autonomy and flexibility.
