• Dorothy Enomoto OTR/L, MSOT specializes in skilled nursing. Dorothy helps OTs build confidence with documentation, productivity expectations, treatment planning, and the day-to-day realities of a skilled nursing facility.
• Tiffany Simmons OTR/L, MSOT specializes in home health and skilled nursing. Tiffany guides therapists through autonomous home health practice, including home safety evaluations, caregiver training, and managing a caseload independently.

Our mentorship program also includes EMR training and setting-specific preparation, so you are clinically ready on day one. We maintain a 98% on-time start rate because we invest in preparing our clinicians before they arrive.
