Our Story

Gold Coast was founded by Alyssa DiMartino, PT, DPT, a practicing physical therapist who traveled herself and saw the gap firsthand: agencies that treated clinicians like line items, staffed by recruiters who had never set foot in a skilled nursing facility or read an LTAC note.
So she built the agency she wished existed, one where the person guiding your career is a clinician, where mentorship is free and standard rather than a marketing line, and where the pay math is transparent because there is no bloated corporate overhead to feed.
That is still how Gold Coast runs today: therapist-owned, clinician-led, and built so a new grad's first contract and a veteran's twentieth both start with someone who has been there.
